DESCRIPTION: In 1973 Jim Green designed the second Green Elephant Vega Funny Car. He had Don Long build the chassis and Ken Cox build the body. It was painted by Dennis Lee and lettered by Gary Ebert. That car went on to win the 1973 NHRA Funny Car World Championship with Frank Hall driving. With Mike Miller driving they finished 4th in nation in 1974 and 3rd in 1975 and were runner up at the US Nationals in Indy.
