The moment of supreme glory to Roth Fink relishers as well as custom car fanatics has arrived! For once upon a time, on a day like no other day, Ed Big Daddy Roth was sitting at the wheel of his Custom Shoe Car. By provident chance, he glanced in the rear-vision mirror, and behold! There, gazing back at him, was the most magnificent mold-lest monster fink ever-the square-corner cutting missing link in the Atlantis Roth Fink collection. Big Daddy believes you deserve him, so here just for you who understand, is the ultimate BOSS FINK HIMSELF! Ed “Big Daddy” Roth was an American artist, cartoonist, illustrator, custom car designer, pin striper, and builder. He created the hot rod icon Rat Fink characters, Roth was a key figure in Southern California’s Kustom Kulture and hot rod movement of the late 1950’s and 1960’s. By the August 1959 issue of Car Craft his airbrushed Weirdo shirts had become a full blown craze. His many show rods became some of Revell’s most popular model kits.
